The boat capsized near Sucia Island A Coast Guard boat and helicopter responded a capsized boat near Sucia Island on Friday, at about 2:45 p.m. after receiving a call from a Good Samaritan. Washington Park Rangers, San Juan County Sheriff's Department, and Canadian Coast Guard also responded.
